Mildred Mendez is the heart and soul behind Mils Mendez Photography LLC, bringing her creative flair to both metro New York City and Central Florida. With a degree in Marketing from NYU and a background in organizing community events for a major manufacturer, Mildred’s journey into photography was all about following her passion for capturing beautiful moments.
Starting her photography business in 2016, Mildred quickly became known for her fun, relaxed approach and knack for turning every wedding or event into a memorable experience. Her style? A perfect mix of photojournalistic and candid shots, making sure no moment goes unnoticed—whether it’s the tiny details or the big emotions.
When Mildred not behind the camera, you’ll find her hanging out with her husband of 18 years, traveling with her grandchildren, or diving into photography workshops to perfect her craft. She's also a passionate community volunteer, having led multiple American Cancer Society Relay for Life teams.
